✨Job Description - Establish and advance the overall operating system for internal IT infrastructure and work environment - Standardize and improve IT asset operation processes, including accounts, devices, licenses, collaboration tools, and more - Respond to software and hardware-related issues and provide technical support - Manage and improve the purchasing and operating processes for IT equipment and licenses - Ensure stable operation and improvement of OA/collaboration tools, smart office environments, meeting systems, and more - Review the introduction of new IT solutions, evaluate operational suitability, and design stabilization processes - Work with internal related departments to identify and execute tasks for improving the work environment ✅Qualifications - 3+ years of experience relevant to the role - Experience operating OA software and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, MS 365, etc.) - Experience leading projects to introduce new solutions or improve existing systems - Experience building smart office and digital work environments - Experience structurally improving and systematizing repetitive operational issues 💖Preferred Qualifications - Experience implementing operational automation with Python, JavaScript, Google Apps Script, etc. - Experience building IT asset management systems, license management systems, and helpdesk operating processes - Strong communication and relationship-building skills - Ability to communicate in a foreign language - Preference for eligible employment-protection candidates, such as national meritorious persons - Preference for eligible employment-protection candidates under the Act on the Promotion of Employment and Vocational Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities - Preference for candidates who can communicate in Korean - Preference for candidates with TOPIK level 4 or higher 🏠Workplace - 205 Gangdong-daero, Gangdong-gu, Seoul - Work area: Seoul ⚡️Recruitment Process - Document screening - Technical interview - Personality test (new hires) - HR Preview (personality test & online meeting) (experienced hires) - Executive interview - Pre-employment medical checkup - Final offer - The process may change or additional steps may be added depending on circumstances 👉Recruitment Period/Method - Application period: closes when filled - Application method: apply via website 📋Other - If false information is found in the application or submitted documents, hiring may be canceled - For foreigners, applicants must hold a D-2 (study abroad) or D-10 (job seeking) visa, or have no disqualifying reason to obtain an E-7 visa
