✨Job Description - Establish operation strategies and oversee overall management of mobility services within the resort (Transportation, Parking, Valet, Shuttle) - Evaluate bids, conclude contracts, and establish and manage SLA standards for outsourced transportation, parking, and valet vendors - Manage departmental budget and P&L - Lead external coordination and overall traffic control during large-scale events such as arena performances - Analyze transportation demand data, build simulation models, and introduce smart mobility solutions - Oversee shuttle bus operations and maintenance status, and manage vehicle supply and dispatching - Establish, revise, and supplement safety protocols and SOPs, and manage compliance with legal regulations - Collaborate across departments and respond to public authorities - Utilize vehicle fleet management system (FMS) and digital scheduling solutions - Handle customer complaints and improve service quality - Set KPIs for department members and site managers, conduct performance evaluations, training, and coaching ✅Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in a related field - 8+ years of practical experience in a related field - Includes experience in team leadership and management - Communication skills to collaborate smoothly with partners and team members and motivate them - Customer-centric mindset and data analysis-based problem-solving ability - Ability to proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders - Ability to use vehicle tracking systems and reservation management software - Practical experience and understanding of cost management and operational efficiency improvement - Intermediate or higher proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Valid driver’s license and passport holder - Able to travel domestically and internationally, and to relocate within regions - No legal restrictions on overseas travel 💖Preferred Qualifications - Master’s degree holder - Experience in the hotel or large-scale integrated resort industry - Experience from large guest-attracting facilities such as 5-star hotels, large integrated resorts, theme parks, etc. - Experience in traffic control operations for large-scale events and international event execution - Project experience leading traffic control for arena-scale events with heavy crowd and vehicle inflow - Persons with disabilities and patriots/veterans - Able to communicate with guests of various nationalities 🏠Work Location - 127 Gonghangmunhwa-ro, Yeongjong-gu, Incheon ⚡️Recruitment Process - Document screening - Interview with the recruitment manager - Business interview - 2 or more interviews - Reference check - On-Boarding 👉Recruitment Period/Method - Application period: until filled - Application method: Apply directly through INSPIRE’s official recruitment page, upload a bilingual Korean-English resume (Word or PDF) 📋Other - If the document screening result is not notified within 30 days after application, it will be deemed a rejection at the document screening stage - Final screening results will be announced through the company’s own recruitment page after the screening process ends - The recruitment process may be added to or changed depending on circumstances - Supporting documents such as certificates and degrees must be submitted upon later request - Do not include personal information such as resident registration number or family details on the resume - If false information is entered, the offer may be canceled - The job responsibilities and level will be explained before the final offer after a comprehensive evaluation of experience and background - Hiring may be restricted if you do not meet the legal qualifications required for recruitment and job performance
