✨Job Description - Overall management of warship design by stage, including schedule, deliverables, risk management, and design management - Lead owner’s business (technical negotiation) and chair PDR/CDR - Configuration management, system integration, quantity verification, technical negotiations with the owner/shipyard/OEM - Establish and manage quality plans for each phase of design, construction, and testing - Establish sea trial plans and oversee overall sea trial management - Manage supplier quality audits and inspection/test procedures - Respond to overseas owners and quality assurance organizations, and manage configuration - Calculate and verify material/equipment requirements for warship construction - Manage ordering and delivery schedules - Manage receiving schedules, logistics, inspection, inventory, and movement - Monitor material budget execution and oversee overseas local procurement and importation - Respond to overseas government agencies and logistics companies - Establish and implement ILS/IPS elements for overseas warships - Review equipment/system training requirements by OEM and manage contract execution - Lead onboard training for overseas owners - Coordinate design, testing, and delivery schedules and communicate with the owner ✅Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, or electronics engineering - 10+ years of experience in design management for warships or ships, including hull/structure/machinery/electrical/furnishing - Experience reviewing basic design and detailed/production design at a shipyard - Experience in system integration (CSI/PSI) and verifying owner requirements - Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, or electrical/electronics engineering - Minimum 5 years of quality management experience for domestic and overseas warships - Experience in inspection/test procedures and nonconformance management for domestic and overseas warships - Experience in sea trial management for domestic and overseas warships - Bachelor’s degree or higher - Minimum 5 years of material management experience related to shipbuilding, defense, or plant design - Experience in Material Handling Work - Experience in purchasing, delivery schedule, inventory management, and ERP use - Able to communicate in English for work purposes - Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as shipbuilding, mechanical engineering, or electrical/electronics engineering - 8+ years of experience performing ILS/IPS for warships or the defense sector - Experience in technical discussions and coordination with overseas OEMs - Fluent in business English - Understanding of warship systems - Those who meet the qualification requirements in each field and can start immediately after the recruitment process is completed - For men, those who have completed military service or are exempt and have no restrictions on overseas travel 💖Preferred Qualifications - Experience in warship export projects - Experience in system management - Strong English communication skills - Experience leading overall warship sea trial management - Experience in quality management and sea trials for overseas naval vessels - Experience responding to military supply quality assurance (GQA, etc.) - Holders of quality-related certifications - Experience in overseas local procurement, customs clearance, and logistics - Experience in building maintenance support systems or linked MRO work - Experience working or being stationed overseas - Veterans and persons with disabilities preferred 🏠Work Location - Seoul (Busan work possible) ⚡️Recruitment Process - Document screening -> 1st interview -> Written test (organizational fit assessment) -> 2nd interview -> Reference check/recruitment medical examination -> Final stage -> Final successful candidate 👉Application Period/Method - Application period: until positions are filled - How to apply: Online application through Hanwha In recruitment website (www.hanwhain.com) 📋Other - Concurrent applications for other positions within the defense division are not allowed - Individual applications via personal e-mail are not allowed - Employment is possible if the background check result for the defense division is deemed suitable
