✨Job Description - DX·AX Planning: Identify AI-based work improvement and automation tasks, carry out small-scale tasks, support the operation and improvement of existing DX systems, operate internal AI utilization programs and support adoption in business units, support pilot tasks for new technologies such as AI Agent - Production·Process Management: Manage production processes (4M), manage and analyze production data, create and manage work standard manuals, improve processes and conduct on-site 5S activities - Hardware (H/W) Development: Develop H/W for home appliances, design analog·digital circuits, design and debug MCU peripherals, design power conversion and power supply (SMPS), respond to EMC/EMI certification requirements - Quality Assurance: Analyze and improve market quality issues, verify reliability of developed products, verify and improve quality of electronic systems (H/W, F/W), manage 4M - Overseas Business (North America): Support North American export sales and business development, identify and manage local distributors and sales reps, conduct market research and competitor analysis, participate in overseas exhibitions and discover partners, communicate with North American customers and support export sales, support product specifications and certification-related tasks, manage quotations·contracts·orders with overseas clients - B2C Online Mall MD: Operate and manage online sales channels, register·edit products and manage sales information, apply promotions by channel and support product operations, communicate with channel MDs and collaborate with related departments, support online promotion tasks such as SNS·trial groups·product reviews, support creation of product content such as thumbnails and detail pages, support online mall operations and sales-related tasks - Business Planning: Manage business performance·business indicators·budgeting and reporting, analyze business environment and establish business plans, establish·manage mid- to long-term strategies and tasks, discover new business opportunities and review investment proposals, plan and operate systems and processes - Distribution Sales: Sales and revenue management for distribution dealers·kitchen furniture companies, new/customer development, trade area management, market research on hoods/built-in appliances and new product launches, retail market promotion activities ✅Qualifications - Open to both entry-level and experienced applicants - Meets the experience requirements for each role - Bachelor’s degree or higher from a 4-year university, or associate degree or higher (varies by role) - No disqualifying reason for overseas business travel - Able to communicate in business English (overseas business role) - Major in electrical/electronics or engineering-related fields (hardware·quality assurance roles) - Interested in online mall operations and product management work (B2C online mall MD) - Strong and smooth communication skills - Careful and responsible in work execution - Driver’s license holder (distribution sales) -
