✨Job Description - Work to create, nurture, and manage Toptoon Chat AI characters - Work to design and input into AI the personality, speech style, relationships, and worldview of webtoon-original characters and new characters - Work to produce and edit image assets such as profiles and in-conversation images needed for characters using Photoshop, Clip Studio, and AI tools - Work to update the settings and images of characters in service and revise them by reflecting user feedback - Work to inspect and organize any omissions or errors when moving existing character data and images to a new environment ✅Qualifications - No education, major, or experience required - Able to use image creation tools such as Photoshop and Clip Studio - Knowledge of AI programs and related technologies - No objection to work involving adult content - Able to communicate smoothly with related departments and members 💖Preferred Qualifications - Relevant work experience - Experience creating and operating AI chatbots or character personas - Experience creating and operating content and image assets 🏠Work Location - 38 Digital-ro 26-gil, Guro-gu, Seoul (Guro-dong, G-Tower) ⚡️Hiring Process - Document screening → Interview + competency test → Hiring and training 👉Recruitment Period/Method - Application period: until 2026-11-30 📋Other - 12-month contract position
