✨Job Description - O2O platform architecture design and construction - Design and advancement of system architecture integrating offline photo booths/studios with the online platform (app/web) - Introduction and advancement of an AI-based recommendation system - Lead the development of targeted content, advertising, and product recommendation engines by analyzing users’ photo and behavioral data - Overall management and leadership of the technical organization - Engineering team building, goal setting, performance management, and developer mentoring - Product quality control (QA/QC) - Establish code review, test automation environment, and service quality management processes - Lead cross-functional collaboration - Work with planning, design, business, and offline operations teams to define technical implementation and roadmap ✅Qualifications - 10+ years of IT/software development experience - 3+ years of experience leading a development organization - Experience from initial design through operation and scaling of a B2C service or O2O platform handling large traffic - Strong understanding of machine learning/deep learning, especially image processing and recommendation algorithms - Experience applying these technologies to real commercial services to create business value - Ability to pursue high code quality and establish and execute quality management standards for service stability and performance optimization - Ability to communicate smoothly with diverse teams, present a technical vision, and drive team growth 💖Preferred Qualifications - Experience developing content/product recommendation platforms in lifestyle domains such as beauty, fashion, and health - Experience building large-scale image data and user behavior log pipelines - Experience designing and optimizing integration architecture between IoT devices or offline kiosks and online servers - Experience expanding a development organization to more than double its size and stabilizing processes in a fast-growing startup 🏠Work Location - Seoul Office: 2F, 224 Hakdong-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul - 224 Hakdong-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (Nonhyeon-dong, Samhwan Artnouveau 3) ⚡️Recruitment Process - Application screening - First interview - Second interview - Compensation negotiation and fit verification - Final offer - Onboarding 👉Recruitment Period/Method - Application period: until filled - Application method: apply through the company website 📋Other - Working hours: Monday to Friday / 10:00 ~ 19:00 (1 hour 30 minute lunch break, flexible commuting schedule) - If any false information is found in the submitted documents or during the hiring process, the hiring offer may be revoked
