✨Job Description - This role involves applying AI to real work to improve how the organization operates. - In areas such as marketing, customer service, and logistics, you will identify repetitive work and inefficiencies, then design and implement solutions using AI tools, LLM APIs, coding agents, and more. - You will solve real business problems through prototyping, testing, result validation, and iteration. - You will develop the frontend screens and features of our own online store, and carry out the modifications and maintenance needed for operations. - You will directly build and operate tools that automate repetitive work. - You will design, implement, and deploy LLM-based features to a state that can be used in practice. - After deployment, you will analyze the causes of issues that arise during operation by checking logs and resolve them. - Based on business team requirements, you will distinguish between areas that can be automated and areas that require manual work. - You will organize the data needed for automation and set up integrations with systems or services. ✅Qualifications - Able to work full-time and with no restrictions on performing duties due to future academic schedules or similar commitments. - Understands basic frontend technologies such as React and TypeScript, and has experience directly building or modifying web screens. - Able to use AI coding agents to build quickly while also reading the generated code and identifying issues. - Has experience deploying a service you built to a server and having other people use it in practice. - Has experience checking logs, identifying the cause of errors, and resolving them. - Has experience directly designing DB tables and writing necessary queries. - Able to quickly understand problems, structure them, and set priorities. - Must have no disqualifying issues for overseas travel; if subject to military service, must have completed service or be exempt. 💖Preferred Qualifications - Able to communicate and collaborate smoothly with people in various roles. - Has experience operating a service you built and has dealt with real traffic or outage situations. - Has experience integrating external APIs and implementing everything from authentication to exception handling and retries. - Has experience reorganizing the structure of code created by an AI agent instead of using it exactly as generated. - Has experience querying and using required data directly with SQL. - Has experience in the commerce domain or has handled one or more areas among orders, inventory, settlement, and payments. - Applicants eligible for employment support under relevant laws, such as persons with disabilities and national merit recipients, will be given preference in accordance with applicable regulations. 🏠Workplace - 5 Yeonmujang 19-gil, Seongdong-gu, Seoul (Seongsu-dong 2-ga, Jeil Electric Factory) ⚡️Recruitment Process - Document screening > Phone interview > 1st interview > 2nd interview > Final acceptance - Depending on circumstances, interview stages may be added or omitted. - Depending on circumstances, assignments, additional interviews, or reference checks may be conducted. 👉Application Period / Method - Application period: open until filled - Application method: not specified in the posting 📋Other - Employment type: employment-linked internship (3 months, extension and conversion possible) - The initial contract period is 3 months; based on evaluation results and job performance, a decision will be made on whether to extend for an additional 3 months. - Based on the overall evaluation during the internship period, conversion to full-time employment may be reviewed. - If the role requires portfolio submission when applying, it must be submitted. - If false information is found in the application, the hiring offer may be withdrawn.
