✨Job Responsibilities - 1:1 consultations in English with foreign customers - Identify customers’ concerns and desired procedures, then recommend suitable treatments and hospitals and support reservation arrangements - Communicate with hospital partners and various in-house teams to support customer service - Record and manage consultation details and suggest ideas to improve frequently asked questions and inconveniences - Post-procedure care, such as checking customer satisfaction and responding to inquiries ✅Qualifications - English fluency at native-speaker level - Must hold a visa that allows immediate work in Korea and be able to join quickly - Korean nationals may apply - TOPIK level 4 or higher, or equivalent Korean proficiency 💖Preferred - Foreigners whose native language is English, overseas Korean nationals, or people who have lived for a long time in English-speaking countries and have a high level of cultural understanding - Experience as a coordinator or consultant at beauty clinics such as dermatology or plastic surgery - Experience in service industries such as hotels, airlines, retail, or beauty stores - Strong interest in cosmetic procedures and K-beauty 🏠Work Location - Ungnigaideu Center, 165-3, Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul - Must be able to work at the Sinnonhyeon and Myeongdong branches ⚡️Recruitment Process - Document screening > Job interview (offline) > Final acceptance 👉Application Period/Method - Application period: No information - Application method: Apply through an external site 📋Other - Contract position, 6-month contract period - 5-day work schedule per week - Incentive system in operation - Opportunity to extend the contract depending on performance - Myeongdong branch is scheduled to open in December 2026 - Employees at the Myeongdong branch will receive training at the Sinnonhyeon branch until before the end of November after joining, then work at the Myeongdong branch starting in December - Applicants must state their visa type and desired work location (Sinnonhyeon/Myeongdong) in the application form
