✨Job Description - As a Product Designer (UX/UI), define problems that improve creators’ creation experience and readers’ discovery and subscription experience, and derive the best solutions. - Improve the usability of the service and design intuitive, beautiful user interfaces. - Build and evolve the design system together for consistent and efficient design. - Find areas for improvement through performance tracking and retrospectives, and contribute to product growth. ✅Qualifications - Someone with strong understanding and insight into products, users, and the market - Someone with the ability to design logical UX and aesthetically pleasing UI - Someone with a passion for learning new design trends and technologies and growing - Someone who can communicate and collaborate smoothly with colleagues such as PMs and developers - Someone who resonates with the vision of growing together with creators and wants to build the creative ecosystem together - Someone highly proficient in Figma and AI design tools 💖Preferred Qualifications - Experience designing creator, community, or content platforms - Experience designing creative tools such as studios and editors - Experience building and operating a design system using Figma - Experience successfully launching products by collaborating with various roles and departments 🏠Work Location - 6th floor, 5 Teheran-ro 4-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul - 2 minutes on foot from Exit 1 of Gangnam Station ⚡️Hiring Process - Document screening → Interview → Compensation negotiation → Final acceptance 👉Application Period/Method - Application period: until hiring is complete - How to apply: Portfolio submission required; please also submit publicly shareable work via a Figma file link with ‘Can view’ permission 📋Other - Full-time position (90-day probation period) - 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day - Compensation terms will be determined after negotiation in accordance with internal regulations - All new hires are subject to a 90-day probation period, and salary is paid at 100% during this period - Depending on the probation evaluation results during the probation period, the probation period may be extended or employment may be terminated - 500,000 KRW onboarding bonus - Applicable to applicants from the posting date until December 31, 2026 - Paid after completion of the probation period (90 days)
