✨Job Description - Establishing and coordinating demand and supply plans for finished pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical/medical device products - Managing demand and supply plans based on sales performance and forecasts - Adjusting supply plans to reflect demand fluctuations and inventory levels - Proactively identifying supply shortages and stockout risks, and establishing response measures - Reviewing and coordinating demand and supply plans regularly with relevant departments - Establishing production plans for manufactured pharmaceuticals and calculating requirements for raw and packaging materials - Establishing raw and packaging material purchasing plans and managing orders with CMO item partners - Coordinating work with internal and external stakeholders such as production, quality, marketing, and partners - Establishing purchasing plans and managing procurement for pharmaceutical and medical device products - Managing appropriate order quantities and ordering timing by considering demand, lead time, MOQ, and inventory levels - Managing supplier purchase orders, settlements, and inbound schedules - Managing appropriate inventory and safety stock for raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and products - Analyzing causes of stockouts, excess inventory, and long-term inventory, and establishing improvement measures - Managing and analyzing key SCM indicators such as inventory coverage, demand forecast accuracy, and inventory turnover - Improving SCM processes through data analysis based on SAP and Excel ✅Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher - 5+ years of SCM-related experience in manufacturing or a related industry - Understanding and practical experience in demand and supply planning, production planning, purchasing planning, and inventory management - Data-driven planning, execution, and problem-solving capabilities - Proactive work execution and communication/coordination skills with relevant departments and partners 💖Preferred Qualifications - Practical experience in pharmaceutical SCM Planning / Production Planning - Understanding of or experience operating S&OP and MRP processes - Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel - Fluent English skills for work communication with overseas partners 🏠Work Location - HanDok Headquarters, 132 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul ⚡️Recruitment Process - Document screening - First-round interview - Second-round interview - Final interview - Submission of supporting documents and confirmation of employment conditions - Joining the company - The first business interview will take place in November and will include an online aptitude test - The second HR interview will take place in November and will include an online English speaking test - The third CEO interview will take place in November 👉Application Period/Method - Application period: ~ 2026/11/08 - Application method: Apply via the website 📋Others - Supporting documents must be submitted after final acceptance - The recruitment schedule may change - Persons with disabilities and patriots/veterans are given preference in accordance with relevant laws - If any false information is found in the application form, the hiring offer may be canceled
