✨Job Description - Operate a data-driven demand forecasting system and improve forecasting accuracy - Analyze demand forecasting results using AWS SageMaker and Snowflake - Operate the demand forecasting data collection·processing·loading process - Manage data flow based on AWS RDS, S3, and Snowflake - Monitor and respond to data errors and supply issues - Analyze demand forecasting results and key metrics - Operate the monthly demand forecasting committee and prepare regular reports - Share forecasting results and improvement items with business departments - Monitor data changes and support model improvement - Support building a SHAP-based analysis framework for forecasting impact factors - Prepare and process team expense vouchers - Support the team’s electronic document work ✅Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university or higher - New graduates or candidates with relevant work experience - Ability to process and analyze data using Python(pandas) and SQL - Experience using AWS services (S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) - Understanding of machine learning model training·prediction·performance evaluation processes - Ability to organize data analysis results and prepare report materials - Ability to communicate smoothly and collaborate with relevant departments - 19th floor, 300 Olympic-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul (Sincheon-dong, Lotte World Tower) 💖Preferred Qualifications - Related majors such as statistics, data science, computer engineering, etc. - Experience in data analysis or operating machine learning models - Experience operating ML pipelines based on AWS SageMaker - Experience using Snowflake or Streamlit dashboards - Experience in demand forecasting or S&OP-related work - Experience with model interpretation or Data Drift analysis such as SHAP - Relevant certifications such as Big Data Analysis Engineer, SQLD, ADsP, AWS, etc. 🏠Work Location - 19th floor, 300 Olympic-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul (Sincheon-dong, Lotte World Tower) ⚡️Hiring Process - Application submission - First interview - Second interview - Compensation negotiation - Final acceptance and onboarding 👉Recruitment Period/Method - Application period: Closes when hiring is completed - How to apply: Apply through the company website 📋Additional Information - Depending on the position, an assignment or additional interview/test may be required - The first interview is conducted jointly by the business team leader and HR team leader - The second interview is attended by the responsible executive and the HR executive as interviewers - A 3-month probation period applies to all positions - During the probation period, 100% of salary is paid - Depending on the evaluation, the probation period may be extended or ended - Acceptance may be canceled if false information is found in the submitted resume or supporting documents
