[Dongsung Chemical] Hiring for the China Polyurethane Technical/Sales Team Leader in the PU Division

✨Job Description - Responsible for sales and technical support for PU for footwear, PUD for synthetic leather, and solvent-based PU products in China. - Identify new customers and markets through market research, and systematically manage existing client accounts. - Respond to customers’ quality requests and technical issues, and provide the necessary technical support. - Carry out new customer development and product approval (trial) tasks. - Identify and resolve technical issues arising during quality improvement and production processes. - Manage receivables and long-term inventory by vendor, and handle raw material inventory checks and purchasing orders. - Maintain existing clients and drive sales growth and maximization of operating profit through new product linkage. - Increase customer satisfaction through differentiated technical support and quality management. ✅Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher from a 4-year university - Major in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related fields - 6+ years of sales experience in PU Foam-related fields - Able to use business Chinese at intermediate level or above 💖Preferred Qualifications - Able to use business English at intermediate level or above - Veterans and persons with disabilities 🏠Work Location - Guangdong Province ⚡️Recruitment Process - Document screening - Behavioral assessment - 1st interview - 2nd interview - Compensation discussion - Pre-employment medical check - Final hiring confirmation 👉Application Period/Method - Application period: until filled - Application method: Apply through the company website 📋Others - This is an ongoing recruitment for experienced professionals, so the posting may close once hiring is completed. - The process may be partially changed with prior notice depending on the schedule and circumstances, and each stage’s result will be communicated individually. - For experienced candidates, reference checks may be conducted during the process. - If false information is provided in the application, the candidate may be disqualified or employment may be canceled. - Sales, technical, and research positions will include a 10–15 minute PT presentation in the first interview. - The behavioral assessment does not affect pass/fail results and is conducted online for about 10 minutes.
