✨Job Description - Support in establishing business strategies for the growth of Dining Brands Group’s foodservice brands - Support analysis of business performance and management of key strategic tasks - Analyze performance and key metrics by brand - Support mid- to long-term business planning - Support review of new business opportunities and investments - Prepare reports for management and the holding company - Perform data analysis based on Excel and prepare presentation materials in PowerPoint ✅Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher from a 4-year university (major not required) - 5+ years of related experience in business planning, strategic planning, business development, M&A, investment advisory, or similar fields - Practical experience in business planning, business performance analysis, or strategic task management - Basic understanding of financial statements and profit and loss (P&L) structure - Ability to analyze data using Excel functions and pivot tables - Experience preparing management reports using PowerPoint - Ability to verify data accuracy and logically organize analysis results - Ability to review English materials and handle basic written communication - Able to communicate smoothly with relevant departments and work responsibly 💖Preferred Qualifications - Experience in business planning/strategy in F&B, foodservice, franchise, or multi-brand operating companies - Experience in business planning, P&L forecasting, and financial modeling - Experience managing brand-specific KPIs and preparing regular business performance reports - Experience in M&A, investment review, financial due diligence, or business valuation - Experience working in accounting firms, securities firms, PE firms, or corporate investment-related organizations - Relevant certifications such as KICPA, AICPA, CFA, etc. 🏠Work Location - 19th Floor, 300 Olympic-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul (Sincheon-dong, Lotte World Tower) ⚡️Recruitment Process - Application submission - 1st interview - 2nd interview - Compensation negotiation - Final acceptance and onboarding - Depending on the position, there may be an assignment or additional interview/test - The 1st interview will be conducted jointly by the business team manager and the HR manager - The 2nd interview will be attended by the responsible executive and the HR executive - A 3-month probationary period applies to all positions - During the probation period, salary is paid at 100%, and the period may be extended or terminated based on evaluation - If false information is found in the submitted resume or supporting documents, the offer may be rescinded 👉Recruitment Period/Method - Application period: until the position is filled - Application method: apply through the company website 📋Other - Hiring for business planning manager (Assistant Manager to Manager level) - Major not required - Full-time - Please refer to the website for the exact deadline
