✨Job Description - Business and product strategy development: Establish product lineup strategy and build a technology roadmap (TRM) for harmonic/cycloidal reducers and actuator module product groups - R&D leadership: Lead integrated design and optimization of motors, reducers, and controllers (including encoders) - Process and quality management: Review initial prototype production and mass-production feasibility (DFM), establish reliability evaluation criteria - Team building and management: Build collaboration processes among hardware/mechanical/control engineers and coach technical capabilities ✅Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university (mechanical engineering, electrical/electronic engineering, mechatronics, robotics, or related majors) - Master’s degree or higher preferred - GPA 3.0 or higher on a 4.5-point scale - TOEIC 600 or higher, or TOEIC Speaking IM2 or higher - No restrictions on overseas travel - No age or gender restrictions - Class 1 regular driver’s license and ability to drive required - 10+ years of experience in robot parts or precision control equipment fields - Capability in designing robot drive systems and precision reducers - Understanding of harmonic reducers or the design and manufacturing process of high-precision planetary reducers - Familiarity with the operating principles of integrated BLDC motor and encoder systems - Experience driving ISO and robot-related safety standards/certifications 💖Preferred Qualifications - Master’s degree or higher - Experience launching a product from zero to one in a startup or new business division - Deep understanding of reducer tooth-profile design software or precision machining equipment 🏠Work Location - 57, Techno Sunsunhwan-ro 1-gil, Yuga-eup, Dalseong-gun, Daegu (Geumri, Kyungchang Industrial (Dalseong Plant)) ⚡️Recruitment Process - Document screening - 1st interview with the hiring manager (including an English interview) - 2nd interview with executives - Final selection 👉Application Period/Method - Application period: until filled - How to apply: apply via the company homepage 📋Other - Employment type will be determined based on experience - 5 days a week (Mon–Fri) 08:30–17:00 - Overtime is compensated at 1.5x after work upon personal request
