✨Job Description - Operation and advancement of our in-house developed RAG-based generative AI - Introduction, operation, and management of external generative AI services such as ChatGPT Enterprise and Gemini Enterprise - Management and improvement of generative AI usage status, quality, and costs - Support for AI usage guides, training, and work application for internal employees - Identification and promotion of work automation and productivity improvement tasks using generative AI - Design and operation of generative AI-based work tools such as AI Agent, Skill, and Workflow - Construction and operation of a knowledge database for AI search and utilization - Collection, classification, and registration of internal knowledge materials and publicly available legal/public institution materials - Data processing in accordance with information security and personal information protection standards - Operation and management of KM systems such as document management system (DMS), groupware, internal knowledge portal, and shared folders ✅Qualifications - A graduate or expected graduate of a 4-year university - Experience actively using generative AI services for work/studies - Understanding of the basic principles of generative AI and the basic concepts of LLM, RAG, embedding, vector DB, and prompts - Ability to use generative AI tools such as AI Agent, Custom GPT, Skill, and Workflow - Ability to analyze repetitive work and turn it into concrete tasks for automation or efficiency improvement using generative AI - Basic data processing and querying skills using Python and SQL - Ability to document, create user training materials, and communicate smoothly with business teams 💖Preferred Qualifications - Relevant majors such as computer engineering, artificial intelligence, and data science - Practical experience in building/operating generative AI services or supporting their introduction - Experience writing work automation scripts using Python - Experience integrating with external systems such as REST API calls/integration - Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) or experience integrating AI tools/external systems using it 🏠Work Location - D2 Tower, 17 Jongno 3-gil, Jongno-gu, Seoul ⚡️Hiring Process - Document screening - AI aptitude test - Interview with the working-level team - In-depth (final) interview 👉Recruitment Period/Method - Application period: until Wednesday, November 6, 2024 - How to apply: Apply through the Talent Recruitment section on the Sejong Law Firm (Yuhan) website 📋Other - Position: Generative AI·KM Operations Specialist (0 openings) - Employment type: Full-time - 3-month probationary period applied, with regular employment confirmed after evaluation - Salary according to the firm's internal regulations - For new hires, 90% pay during the probationary period - Application documents: application form, diploma and transcript, language test score certificate, copy of career certificate (if applicable) - The application title must be written in the format "Applied_Position_Name_YearOfBirth(YY)" - Supporting documents must be attached under other submitted documents when applying - If false information is discovered, the interview or employment may be canceled - Inquiries are accepted by email only
