✨Job Description - UI/UX design for sports, RPG, and various other game genres - UI/UX design for games on various platforms including PC, console, and mobile - Create UI styles and conduct R&D tailored to the game concept and genre - Analyze UX flows and improve UI/UX, interaction design - Produce and apply UI mockups in a variety of styles - Implement UI through collaboration with the studio, art, planning, and development teams ✅Qualifications - No experience required in game UI/UX design - Experience designing games across various genres and styles - Someone with extensive gameplay experience and a strong understanding of UI/UX trends - Someone who enjoys analyzing and producing work across various genres and styles - Someone who enjoys researching UI styles by genre and collecting references - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Must have completed military service or be exempt, and be able to travel overseas without restriction 💖Preferred Qualifications - Experience in sports game UI/UX design - Experience designing sports UI such as live data, match screens, and HUDs - Experience launching global games or designing UX for overseas users - Experience with various engines such as Unity and Unreal - Experience optimizing UI and improving live services - Experience applying gamification elements to UI - Experience creating UI direction/animation effects 🏠Work Location - BYC High City, 131 Gasan Digital 1-ro, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul - 5-minute walk from Gasan Digital Complex Station on Subway Lines 1 and 7 ⚡️Hiring Process - Document screening > 1st interview > 2nd interview > compensation negotiation > final selection - Pre-task may be conducted if needed 👉Application Period/Method - Application period: closes when the position is filled - How to apply: complete and submit the application form in the posting 📋Additional Information - 1-year contract position, 3-month probation - Contract extension possible depending on performance and business needs - 100% salary paid during probation, with the same HR system and benefits applied - Portfolio must be submitted as one compressed file within 50MB - If it exceeds the limit, write the portfolio link address in a notepad and upload it - Only applicants who pass document screening will be individually notified within 2~3 weeks - Persons with disabilities and national merit recipients will be given preference in accordance with relevant laws - If the information in the application is found to be false, acceptance and employment may be canceled - Hiring procedures and schedule may change depending on internal circumstances - After the final interview, reference checks may be conducted with the applicant's consent if necessary
