✨Job Responsibilities - Support marketing for Chinese-speaking influencers - Search for influencers on Xiaohongshu and Douyin, and expand the new influencer pool - Contact influencers and deliver beauty content guidelines for seeding/barter deals - Track content uploads and compile performance data - Support Chinese translation and localization of content - Translate Chinese for brand and product detail pages - Support other Chinese translation tasks related to marketing and B2B sales ✅Qualifications - Someone who can communicate smoothly in business Chinese (reading/writing) - Holder of an officially recognized Chinese language proficiency certificate (HSK, HSKK, TSC, etc.) - Strong understanding of major Chinese e-commerce and SNS channels (Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Tmall, etc.) - Someone who can communicate carefully and smoothly with internal and external stakeholders and collaborate well - Able to work full-time for 3 months - Graduates, expected graduates/completers, or current leave-of-absence students - Able to start immediately between October and early November - Foreign applicants must hold a visa that legally allows them to work or have no legal barriers to visa issuance - D-10, E-7, and F-series visas are eligible - H and D-2 (student study) visas are not eligible 💖Preferred - Experience operating your own Xiaohongshu account directly - Highly interested in the beauty industry and enjoy following beauty trends in Chinese-speaking markets - Persons with disabilities and national merit recipients 🏠Work Location - 4th, 7th, and 14th floors, East Wing, GT Tower, 411 Seocho-daero, Seocho-gu, Seoul (on-site work) ⚡️Recruitment Process - Document screening > Organizational fit test > Interview > Final selection 👉Application Period/Method - Application period: Rolling recruitment, may close early once candidates are selected - Application method: Apply through external site - Required documents: Resume and self-introduction in Korean (required), portfolio (varies by position) - Educational background, major, GPA, and language test scores must be included in the resume - The self-introduction must be answered directly on the application page without attaching a separate file - Portfolio is required for Design and BM positions; optional for other positions including marketing - Recruitment results will be notified within up to 2 weeks regardless of pass/fail - The recruitment process may be added to or omitted depending on the position and circumstances - Reapplication for the same position is possible, but if reapplied within 1 month from the final submission date, the application may be automatically deleted - If the information in the application differs from the facts, final selection and employment may be canceled - Application information will be automatically registered in the talent pool, and you may be contacted later if a suitable position becomes available 📋Other - This is an experiential internship position, with a 3-month work period and possible extension by mutual agreement - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00~18:00 - Lunch break: 12:20~13:30 - Meal allowance: KRW 13,000 - Salary: KRW 2.5 million per month before tax
