✨Job Description - Responsible for overall HR management tasks. - Performs payroll, withholding tax, severance pension, DB/DC, four major insurances, year-end tax settlement, and audit response tasks. - Performs HR system planning and operation tasks. - Performs tasks to activate and promote organizational culture. - Performs labor-risk prevention tasks such as member conflict management, labor law review, and subsidiary management. - Performs operation of the training system. ✅Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher - Major in business administration, law, accounting, education, or related fields - Fresh graduate or 5~10 years of experience - 4-year university degree or higher, GPA 3.50 or above (based on 4.5 scale; GPA not required for experienced candidates) - Applicants must have graduated by the announcement date - Foreign nationals may apply (those eligible for work visa issuance) 💖Preferred Qualifications - Experience operating overseas branches - Experience in the semiconductor industry - Possession of OA certifications - Possession of data analysis certifications - Proficiency in English, Chinese, or Japanese 🏠Work Location - Pangyo, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi - The work location may change by agreement. - In accordance with the group recruitment process, reassignment among affiliates may be possible. ⚡️Recruitment Process - Application submission - Integrated competency test - Job competency TEST - Interview process (rounds 1/2) - Pre-employment medical checkup - Announcement of successful candidates - For experienced applicants, a reference check process will take place after the first interview. - The job competency TEST will be conducted on the day of the first interview. 👉Recruitment Period / Method - Application period: ~ 2026.11.07 11:50 PM - Application method: Apply through the website 📋Other - This is a 3-month intern-to-regular conversion recruitment. - Probation period is 6 months, but only 80% of salary is paid for the first 3 months. - The annual salary for new hires is 52,500 thousand KRW (4-year university graduate), 55,500 thousand KRW (master’s degree). - Salary for experienced and contract employees is negotiable. - There is a company cafeteria (lunch/dinner provided), club activity support, Family Day (early leave) operation, and resort operation. - Housing funds, children’s tuition support, and congratulatory/condolence support are provided. - Long-service and outstanding employee awards are provided. - Welfare points are provided. - Support for graduate school tuition for outstanding talent, external training fees, book purchase expenses, and mobile English learning support are provided. - There is an on-site Fitness Center, non-smoking allowance, comprehensive health checkup, and group accident insurance.
