✨Job Responsibilities - Discover artists and IP that can work with Photoism, and propose partnerships. - Work with artists’ agencies and partner companies to manage frame contracts and partnership projects. - Identify new IP partnership opportunities and plan content and collaborations that fans will love. - Analyze market and fandom trends to propose new IP businesses and collaboration models. - Build long-term cooperative relationships through close communication with partner companies. ✅Qualifications - 3–5 years of relevant experience in entertainment, content, licensing, brand partnerships, etc. - Interest in and understanding of the artist, IP, and content industries. - Experience collaborating smoothly with various stakeholders and leading negotiations. - Enjoy discovering and proposing new opportunities. 💖Preferred Qualifications - Experience working on projects related to the entertainment industry or fandom business. - Experience collaborating with various partners such as artist agencies, brands, and licensing companies. - Experience discovering new IPs or successfully closing partnerships. - Experience analyzing market and consumer trends to propose new collaboration or business ideas. - A perspective that goes beyond simply consuming content and connects it to business opportunities. 🏠Work Location - 2F, 224 Hakdong-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul ⚡️Recruitment Process - Document screening - 1st interview - 2nd interview - Discussion of compensation and suitability verification - Final acceptance - Join the company 👉Application Period/Method - Application period: Open until filled - How to apply: Apply through the company homepage 📋Other - Working hours: Monday ~ Friday / 10:00 ~ 19:00 - Lunch break: 1 hour 30 minutes - Flexible commuting system between 7:00 and 11:00 - If false information is found in the submitted documents or during recruitment, the hiring decision may be canceled
