✨Job Description - Perform AI Engineer (Robot) duties at the AI LAB of the AI R&D Institute of Vijob - Train and fine-tune VLA behavior policies for mobile robots - Collect driving demonstration data and build training pipelines - Integrate ROS2 navigation control and optimize inference - Validate through simulation and real robots, and improve on-site performance - Manage projects, collaborate with related departments, and document technical work - Perform AI agent development (AX) duties at the AI LAB of the AI R&D Institute of Vijob - Design and develop a technical-document-understanding agent based on Agentic RAG - Develop pipelines to parse drawings, manuals, and construction documents and extract structured data - Develop automation features by integrating with the customer's internal operational systems - Build evaluation sets and synthetic data, and improve performance evaluation - Analyze actual business work, identify projects, and respond to customer requirements ✅Qualifications - Master's degree or higher - Major in robotics, artificial intelligence, computer engineering, or related fields - 5+ years of experience - Experience developing models based on Python and PyTorch, and developing in Linux ROS/ROS2 - Experience in developing integrations for one or more of the following in mobile robots: perception, path planning, control - Experience implementing and evaluating one or more of VLA, visual language navigation (VLN), imitation learning - Ability to design connections that map natural-language tasks to waypoint-based actions toward a target destination - Ability to implement ROS2 communication and interfaces with the navigation control stack - Major in computer engineering or a related field - Experience designing, building, and operating LLM-based RAG and Agentic RAG systems - Experience parsing unstructured technical documents such as manuals, drawings, and contracts, and extracting structured data (OCR, VLM, layout analysis) - Experience optimizing open-weight LLM serving in closed-network (on-premise) environments (e.g., vLLM) - Experience building pipelines to generate RAG agent evaluation sets and synthetic QA data - Ability to define tasks by breaking down real-world work into agent-applicable units - Ability to communicate technically with clients and handle demonstrations 💖Preferred - PhD holder - Experience with real-robot driving demonstrations - Experience fine-tuning multimodal models - Experience in power plant or construction engineering domains - Able to travel to customer sites - Experience developing backend APIs for integration with internal enterprise systems - Experience analyzing work processes through on-site interviews and deriving AX tasks 🏠Work Location - 346 Hyoeong-ro, Seocho-gu, Seoul - Headquarters ⚡️Recruitment Process - Document screening - 1st interview (working-level staff) - Aptitude test (excluding employees on leave) - 2nd interview (executives) - Hiring medical checkup - Final acceptance 👉Application Period/Method - Application period: until 2026-11-15 - Application method: Online application through the recruitment site 📋Other - Employment type: Full-time - Birthday celebration day (leave work 2 hours early on your birthday) - Holiday gifts - In-house coffee machine - Health checkup support - Flu vaccination support - Congratulatory payment for children's school enrollment - Club operation and activity support - Long-service awards - Flexible work system - Training programs - Meal and communication expense support - Excellent employee awards - Congratulations/condolence support - Discount on cultural performances - Employee discounts
