✨Job Responsibilities - Interior/Exterior Development (outsourced parts development): development of outsourced injection-molded and assembly parts for the Crash Pad (Cockpit Module) and door trim - Design and mold specification review/fabrication: review 2D/3D drawings, discuss injection mold specifications, and manage production schedules - Parts support by pilot stage: timely supply of prototypes by stage and verification of assembly feasibility - 4M development with outsourced partners and ISIR request: check partners’ 4M mass-production readiness and proceed with initial sample approval - Interior/Exterior Sales (automotive interior/exterior parts sales): respond to customer cost requirements and establish order-winning strategies - Analyze customer (OEM) RFQs and establish bidding strategies - Cost response for new vehicle programs: calculate and negotiate design cost and purchase cost - Product pricing bids and initial price determination - Review mold costs/investment costs and manage cost recovery - Communicate with customers and identify new business opportunities ✅Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year university or higher - 3+ years of experience in the automotive parts field - Experience leading outsourced parts development and mass-production transfer with partner companies - 3+ years of practical experience in automotive parts sales - 3+ years of experience in HKMC(현대·기아차) product costing work - Knowledge of customer total cost theory - No disqualifying reasons for overseas travel or business trips - For men: completed military service or exempt 💖Preferred Qualifications - Experience in developing automotive interior/exterior injection parts and molds preferred - Proficiency in 2D/3D design tools such as CATIA and strong ability to read drawings preferred - Experience with HKMC new vehicle development and approval processes (ISIR, PPAP) preferred - Experience in cost response for automotive interior/exterior parts preferred - Engineering-related majors preferred - Strong MS Office skills preferred 🏠Work Location - Ulsan - Seoul - 354-5 Hyoam-ro, Buk-gu, Ulsan ⚡️Recruitment Process - Document screening - AI aptitude test - 1st practical interview (job/competency) - Pre-employment medical checkup - 2nd executive interview (personality/organizational fit) - Compensation negotiation and final acceptance 👉Application Period/Method - Application period: 2026.10.26 (Mon) 00:00 ~ 2026.11.08 (Sun) 23:59 - Application method: Apply via the company website 📋Other - Employment type: Contract position with possibility of conversion to full-time employment after 3 months based on conversion evaluation - Salary: Negotiable; determined after interview - Shuttle bus service (Ulsan headquarters) - Tuition support for children - Comprehensive health checkups, etc.
