✨Job Description - Development of core element technologies and next-generation element technologies for semiconductor CMP equipment - Design and R&D of polishing heads and core components - Development of core element technologies for pressure control structures - Development of CMP cleaning and conditioning technologies - Development of brush cleaning and brush control technologies - Development of pad conditioning and conditioner-related technologies - Development of next-generation wafer cleaning technologies - Analysis and evaluation of cleaning performance, particle and contamination causes - Design verification based on CAE such as structure, flow, and vibration - Design optimization through analysis of experimental and measurement data - Performance verification and root-cause analysis based on DOE - Conducting industry-academia and government-funded public R&D projects - Discovery of new technologies, planning of research projects, and securing technology achievements ✅Qualifications - Master’s degree or higher in mechanical engineering or a related field - 3–5 years of experience in precision machine design and R&D in semiconductor equipment, machine tools, aerospace, etc. - Experience in precision mechanical structures and precision drive mechanism design - CAE analysis capabilities (structure·thermal·flow) and experience with elastomer nonlinear and contact analysis - Proficiency in tools such as Auto CAD and Solidworks 💖Preferred Qualifications - Strong understanding of materials such as rubber, silicone, and engineering plastics - Experience designing or evaluating pneumatic/hydraulic systems and precision pressure/flow control systems - Experience in design optimization based on DOE and statistical analysis - Experience in semiconductor process equipment development and design (CMP, wafer handling, etc.) - Global communication skills (OPIC IM3 or higher) 🏠Work Location - 50 Dongtan Cheomdansaneop 1-ro, Dongtan-gu, Hwaseong-si, Gyeonggi (Yeongcheon-dong) - KC Tech Dongtan Research Institute 1 ⚡️Recruitment Process - Document screening - Online aptitude test - Interview process (1st/2nd/final) - Employment medical checkup - Final acceptance 👉Application Period / Method - Application period: ~ 2026-11-08 - How to apply: Apply according to the recruitment procedure 안내 in the posting 📋Other - Number of openings: 2 - Department: Element Technology Team 1 - Employment type: Full-time - Salary: To be discussed after interview (performance bonus separate) - Starting annual salary for full-time new master’s graduates: 48 million KRW or more - Settlement support allowance for distant residents (KRW 300,000/month) - New employees are subject to a 3-month probationary period, during which salary is paid at 80% - Interviews except the final interview will be conducted as PT interviews - The portfolio is planned to be used as presentation material for future PT interviews
