✨Job Responsibilities - Plan promotions for Mercado Libre Mexico and Brazil stores - Research local fandom trends and artist popularity, and propose product priorities - Review localization of product pages and event copy (Spanish/Portuguese) - Plan promotional ideas for local SNS and fan communities and support execution - Analyze promotion effectiveness based on sales data and derive improvement measures ✅Qualifications - Currently residing in Seoul and able to commute to the office 5 days a week - Strong interest in K-pop and understanding of fandom culture - Korean proficiency sufficient for work without difficulty (TOPIK Level 4 or above, or equivalent) - Eligible residence status that allows employment in Korea (F-2, F-5, F-6, D-10, etc.) - Working Holiday (H-1) and student (D-2) visas are not eligible 💖Preferred Qualifications - Experience living in Latin America, such as Mexico or Brazil, preferred - Experience showing interest in K-POP fandom culture or trends and researching information about them - Someone who learns diligently and can carry out assigned tasks responsibly 🏠Work Location - Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul ⚡️Recruitment Process - Document screening > Interview > Final acceptance > Compensation discussion > Join - Results will be announced only to those who pass the document screening - Depending on the situation, assignments, additional interviews, or reference checks may be added 👉Recruitment Period/Method - Application period: until filled 📋Others - Employment type: Intern (3 months) - Extension may be considered depending on performance evaluation - Flexible working hours system in operation - Arrival and departure times can be adjusted freely within the monthly prescribed working hours
