Đặt lịch hẹn: xem hướng dẫn đặt lịch tại: (link dưới cmt) 📌Lưu ý: - Nếu không gấp thì lên Naver đặt lịch hẹn trước (có thể phải chờ khoảng 1 tháng). - Nếu cần làm gấp có thể đến trực tiếp từ sớm để xếp hàng. Thời gian tiếp nhận là 9:00–12:00 (thứ 2 - thứ 5), số lượng không có lịch hẹn khoảng 5-10 người/ngày. BƯỚC 3: NỘP HỒ SƠ TẠI ĐẠI SỨ QUÁN (địa chỉ: 123 Bukchon-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul) ✔️ Xuất trình giấy tờ và nộp hồ sơ theo yêu cầu. ✔️ Thực hiện lấy thông tin sinh trắc học theo quy trình của cơ quan tiếp nhận. ✔️Nếu hồ sơ đầy đủ sẽ nhận được giấy hẹn luôn. BƯỚC 4: CHỜ XỬ LÝ HỒ SƠ ✔️ Thời gian xử lý khoảng 2 tuần. ✔️ Sau khi hồ sơ có kết quả sẽ được nhận thông báo về thời gian đến nhận hộ chiếu qua tin nhắn SMS gửi đến số điện thoại đã đăng ký. BƯỚC 5: ĐẾN NHẬN HỘ CHIẾU ✔️ Khi nhận được tin nhắn thông báo, đến Đại sứ quán theo ngày giờ được hướng dẫn. ✔️ Chuẩn bị 93.000 Won tiền mặt. ✔️ Đến nơi, lấy số thứ tự và chờ đến lượt nhận hộ chiếu. 💡 MỘT SỐ LƯU Ý QUAN TRỌNG - Nên mang theo giấy tờ liên quan để thuận tiện đối chiếu khi nhận kết quả. - Kiểm tra kỹ thông tin cá nhân trước khi hoàn tất tờ khai online. - Thời gian xử lý khoảng 2 tuần chỉ mang tính tham khảo, có thể thay đổi tùy hồ sơ. - Theo dõi tin nhắn SMS và thông tin liên hệ đã đăng ký để không bỏ lỡ thông báo nhận hộ chiếu. - Sau khi nhận hộ chiếu mới tại Hàn Quốc, cần thực hiện khai báo thay đổi thông tin hộ chiếu với cơ quan Xuất nhập cảnh Hàn Quốc theo quy định. Lưu ý: Thành phần hồ sơ, lệ phí, thời gian xử lý và phương thức nhận kết quả có thể thay đổi tùy từng thời điểm thông báo của ĐSQ.
