Hi everyone, just wanted to share a small win from my last week at work 🙂 I finished my resignation handover and final settlement meeting, and even though most of the official 안내 papers were only in Korean, I was able to follow everything with my own checklist and a few careful questions. HR gave me the breakdown, I checked my remaining leave and final pay items, and it felt really good to handle it calmly instead of feeling lost. After working here for a few years, this was one of those quiet moments where I realized my daily Korean office survival skills actually improved a lot.

大家好，只是想分享一下我上周工作中的一个小成就 🙂 我完成了辞职交接和最终结算会议，尽管大多数正式的 안내 文件都只有韩语，我还是靠着自己的清单和几个谨慎的问题把所有事情都跟了下来。人事部给了我明细，我核对了剩余年假和最终工资项目，能够平静地把这件事处理好，而不是感到手足无措，真的让我很有成就感。在这里工作了几年之后，这也是那种安静的时刻之一，让我意识到自己日常在韩国办公室生存的技能其实进步了很多。
