এ সপ্তাহের আমার ইন্টারভিউ থেকে একটা ছোট্ট টিপ শেয়ার করছি, যাদের রোটেটিং শিফটে কাজ করতে হয় তাদের জন্য। ডে শিফট আর ইভনিং প্রেপের মাঝখানে আমার হাতে মাত্র ১ ঘণ্টা ফ্রি ছিল, তাই আমি ভদ্রভাবে কোম্পানিকে আগে একটা ছোট অনলাইন ইন্টারভিউ করতে বলেছিলাম, তারপর আমার সময়সূচি দেখে পরের ধাপটা নিশ্চিত করেছি। আমার যেটা কাজে লেগেছে: 1) কোন সময়গুলো ফাঁকা আছে সেটা পরিষ্কারভাবে পাঠানো, 2) রিজিউমে আর নথিপত্র ফোনে সেভ করে রাখা, 3) অভিজ্ঞতা, শুরু করার তারিখ, আর ভিসার অবস্থা নিয়ে ৩টা সহজ উত্তর প্রস্তুত রাখা। এতে ইন্টারভিউটা কম তাড়াহুড়োর মনে হয়েছে, তাই এটা অন্য কারওও কাজে লাগতে পারে 🙂
