I started at my company not long ago, so I felt a bit shy asking HR for documents already, but I explained that I wanted to prepare early and they were fine with it 🙂 From what I was told, it helps to check the required papers ahead of time because some company documents may take a few days. সবাইকে শুভেচ্ছা, ভিসা বাড়ানোর প্রস্তুতি নিয়ে আমার ছোট্ট একটা অভিজ্ঞতা শেয়ার করছি। আমি খুব বেশিদিন আগে কোম্পানিতে যোগ দিইনি, তাই এত তাড়াতাড়ি HR-এর কাছে কাগজপত্র চাইতে একটু লজ্জা লাগছিল, কিন্তু আমি বুঝিয়ে বলেছিলাম যে আমি আগেই প্রস্তুতি নিতে চাই, আর তারা এতে আপত্তি করেনি 🙂 আমাকে যা বলা হয়েছে, তাতে আগে থেকেই প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র দেখে নেওয়া ভালো, কারণ কিছু কোম্পানির নথি তৈরি হতে কয়েক দিন লাগতে পারে। আমি কোনো অফিসিয়াল পরামর্শ দিচ্ছি না, শুধু শেয়ার করছি যে সহজ ও শান্তভাবে আগে জিজ্ঞেস করায় আমার যতটা অস্বস্তি হবে ভেবেছিলাম, তার চেয়ে অনেক কম অস্বস্তিকর লেগেছে।
