I’m in my last week at the company and doing the exit/settlement talks now. Nothing dramatic, but it’s funny how every person explains it a little differently: HR said one date, accounting said another, and my manager said “probably before the end of the month.” I’m on a work visa, so I’m trying to keep my notes tidy and not misunderstand anything 🙂 Has anyone else had this small confusion during resignation, even when everyone is being nice?

আমি এখন কোম্পানিতে আমার শেষ সপ্তাহে আছি এবং এক্সিট/সেটেলমেন্ট নিয়ে এখন কথা বলছি। নাটকীয় কিছু নয়, তবে মজার ব্যাপার হলো প্রত্যেকে এটা একটু একটু ভিন্নভাবে ব্যাখ্যা করছে: HR এক তারিখ বলেছে, অ্যাকাউন্টিং আরেকটা, আর আমার ম্যানেজার বলেছেন “সম্ভবত মাসের শেষের আগে।” আমি ওয়ার্ক ভিসায় আছি, তাই আমি আমার নোটগুলো গুছিয়ে রাখতে এবং কিছু ভুল না বুঝতে চেষ্টা করছি 🙂 পদত্যাগের সময় অন্য কারও কি এমন ছোটখাটো বিভ্রান্তি হয়েছে, এমনকি যখন সবাই ভদ্র ও সহযোগিতাপূর্ণ থাকে?
